• Items must be unused, in original condition, and returned with all packaging, accessories, and proof of purchase.

• Custom orders, opened software, or clearance items are not eligible for return.

2. Return Process

• Once your request is approved, our team will guide you on how to return the product.

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was defective or incorrect.

3. Refunds

Since we only accept Cash on Delivery (COD) payments:

• Refunds cannot be given in cash at the time of return.

• Refunds will be issued either:

  • Bank transfer (provide valid account details), or

  • Store credit / discount voucher usable for future purchases.

• Refunds will be processed within 3 business days after inspection and approval of the returned item.

4. Exchanges

• If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, you may request an exchange instead of a refund.

• Exchanges are subject to stock availability.

5. Non-Returnable Items

• Used, damaged, or altered products.

• Items without original packaging or proof of purchase.

• Custom or clearance items marked as “Final Sale.”

6. Order Cancellations

• Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled, but it may be eligible for return under this policy.
